Positions Available

MIDWAY STAFF
The Haunted House should be scary, but our Guest’s experience in the Midway should be friendly and fun. You could work in our Midway area, selling tickets, marking armbands, directing the crowds, giving rules and/or information to guests. If you want to participate but don't want to act, this is a great place to be! No costumes and no make-up. Just good customer service and people skills.

TICKET BOOTH CASHIER
Cashiers sell tickets, operate our cash registers, put armbands on Guests. Applicants must be able to think quickly on their feet and be responsible.

CAST MEMBERS
Haunted Houses provide an easy way into the acting business and let you play with your skills while still being able to hide from the mistakes that we will all have. If you've been acting for a while, working at a Haunted House is a non-stressful, fun environment!

Cast Members include actors and actresses to work inside (and perhaps outside) the haunted house. No acting experience is necessary, we will train you at our Scare School. A love for Halloween is a must! Responsibilities will be to memorize a main script for your character. Scripts are around a minute or less in length and are very easy to memorize. All costuming and make-up will be provided for you. Cast Members MUST Audition and participate in our Scare School.

MAKEUP ARTISTS
Being a Special FX Makeup Artist at a haunted house can be an amazing experience. We promise a chaotic, fast paced environment that is not for the timid. This position requires experience. We do not train newbies. Any applicants for this position must audition their skills.

PARKING LOT ATTENDANT
Attendants are responsible for directing traffic that comes in to park. This is an important job. Applicants must be able to think quickly on their feet and be responsible.

TECH CREW
These are the fun jobs of working in the haunted house, while not needing to interact with guests. Most of these jobs are behind the scenes controlling props, electronics, effects, lights, or sound. It's the people who make things run smoothly, and a great place to start working if you're not too comfortable with acting. Techs help in setting up the attraction, and after the season is over, help tear it down. It is a very fun environment to work in, plus you learn a lot about tool usage and carpentry along the way. People interested in this position must be able to work unloading, lifting up to around 25 lbs., moving things, screwing walls together, painting, etc. Electrical or carpentry skills a plus. Must be 18 or older.
