On site ticket sales begin no earlier than 7:00pm. The attractions open at dark, usually around 7:30 pm. In
general, we will stay open later to accommodate patrons on busy nights. The earlier in the month, the smaller the crowds. So come early in the season.
What should I wear?
These are outdoor attractions, even though it is mostly covered. It is best to wear comfortable clothing that is appropriate for that days weather. Do remember that you will be on a farm so don't come in something you can't get a little dirty. It is also recommended that you wear closed-toed, slip-resistant shoes when you visit. No sandals or flip-flops please!!!

Actors WILL NOT intentionally touch you at either attraction. However, they do get very close. Occasionally you may brush up against their costumes or props. You may also come into contact with some of the sets. But we will NEVER intentionally touch you.
Are there any age restrictions?
It is not recommended for small children. Dead Man's Farm specifically requests no one under 13 should be allowed due to the graphic nature. Parental discretion is advised for children going through either attraction. There is no reduced child price and we can't promise they will come out in the same mental state as when they entered.

You should consult your physician before entering any Haunted Attraction, but we would NOT advise it. Seriously. People fall down, your friends may run you over, and yes - we do use strobe lights.

Rules/Regulations
Is there security at Dead Man's Farm?
Yes, Dead Man's Farm uses Loudon County Police Officers for our security team.
What happens if I hit or grab an actor, take a prop, damage a scene, bring a weapon in, or come through the attraction drunk or stoned?
You WILL be having a very intimate conversation with the police officer on duty.
We do not allow foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, alcohol, etc. We have a list of rules just like anyone else that must be adhered to for everyone's fun and safety.
Do you serve alcoholic beverages?
NO! Alcohol is not allowed on the property, so please do not bring any.
Is smoking allowed?
NO. We are a farm with barns and out buildings. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the grounds. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
Can we take photos or videos?
The actors outside will pose for pictures when approached. No photography of any sort is permitted inside. Haunted Attractions are dark and people's eyes (especially the actors) adjust to the low light. When you flash your camera you're not only ruining other customer's experience but you're hurting the actor's eyes.
What can't we bring with us on Dead Man's Farm?
No pets! No weapons! No alcoholic beverages! No masks! No smoking! No laser pointers or flashlights! No Bad Attitudes!
