Frequently Asked Questions
Are there age restrictions?
We strongly caution against anyone under the age of 12 entering the haunt or being in the Midway. Infants and toddlers will NOT be admitted.
When is the best time to come?
The earlier in the season, and the earlier in the night, the smaller the crowds. But the box office will NOT OPEN before 7:00 pm.
How long does it take to go through?
It's really difficult to give an answer to this question- It really depends on how well you can handle the fear! It’s safe to say it’s pretty big, so you should be in there long enough to get plenty scared!

Can I order Tickets and/or 'Fast Passes' online and avoid the ticket booth?
Yes! Simply click here to complete your order.
What should I wear?
This is an outdoor attraction, even though it is mostly covered. It is best to wear comfortable clothing that is appropriate for that days weather. Don't come in something you can't get a little dirty. It is recommended that you wear closed-toed, slip-resistant shoes. No sandals or flip-flops please!!
Are the monsters allowed to touch me?
The monsters will NOT INTENTIONALLY touch you. However, they do get very close. Occasionally you may brush up against their costumes or props.
Pregnant, heart conditions, back/neck problems, seizures, mental disorders, etc?
You should consult your physician before entering any haunted attraction if you have any medical or mental disorder, but we would NOT advise entering our Haunted House. Seriously. People fall down, things jump out at you, your friends may run over you, and yes - we do use fog and strobe lights. You may have to navigate around, through and under some scenes.
Is the attraction open if it rains?
Yes, even though we are an open-air attraction, it is mostly covered. If we must close due to extreme weather, we will post it on the Home Page of this website immediately. But some of the best times to go to a haunted house are during the rain. Tickets are good all season.
What if I get too scared to finish going through?
Chicken runs are available if you get too scared to continue. We also sell new and slightly used underwear in the ticket booth... just in case. No refunds will be given on any Haunt Admission, Complimentary Ticket, or Ticket Purchases. Children under 11 are strongly cautioned. Please purchase responsibly.
Are you Chicken? Too scared to go inside with your friends or family? No problem! Just sit by our bonfires in the 'Scare-Free Zone', and enjoy some food or drink from concessions!
Can we take photos or videos?
The monsters and performers outside will pose for pictures when approached. No photography or video of any sort is permitted inside. The monsters inside don't like bright lights and we are tired of cleaning up the blood. Tag us in social media with #deadmansfarm
