What is DEAD MAN'S FARM?
This is a classic walk-through, self-guided haunted house. It is an intense experience: You and a group of 10 to 12 people will go through the haunted house together. We use undead actors, special lighting, & sound effects designed to test your limits, shock your senses and bring out your deepest fears. You will have to figure out your way through twists and turns, around corners and under obstacles. Basically, you will be walking through a violent, bloody and graphic horror movie.
We are the ONLY Haunted house that is confirmed truly HAUNTED in the area. Find out what THOUSANDS of your friends and neighbors have been talking about!

Are there any age restrictions?
WARNING! No one under twelve (12) will be admitted without a parent or guardian in their group; children under 12 are strongly cautioned. PARENTAL DISCRETION IS ADVISED.
Do you sell food?
Yes! We will be selling hot food next to the bonfires to keep you plenty warm. We have a large concession station that has everything from hot dogs and cheese burgers to chicken strips and nachos.
How long does it take to go through Dead Man's Farm?
The popular answer is, "How fast do you run?" Dead Man's Farm is a self guided tour where guests move at their own pace (with a little encouragement). Times will vary but count on about 25 minutes.

When is the best time to come?
The earlier in the month, the smaller the crowds. So come early in the season. On site ticket sales begin no earlier than 7:00pm. The attractions open at dark, usually around 7:30 pm. In general, we will stay open later to accommodate anyone still holding a ticket/wristband.
What should I wear?
These are outdoor attractions, even though it is mostly covered. It is best to wear comfortable clothing that is appropriate for that days weather. Do remember that you will be on a farm so don't come in something you can't get a little dirty. It is also recommended that you wear closed-toed, slip-resistant shoes when you visit. No sandals or flip-flops please!!!
Are the actors allowed to touch you?
If you are worried that you may "punch someone that gets in your face", then don't come. Actors WILL NOT intentionally touch you. However, they do get very close. Occasionally you may brush up against their costumes or props.
Can I go if I'm pregnant, have heart conditions, back problems, seizure disorders or mental disorders?
You should consult your physician before entering any Haunted Attraction, but we would NOT advise it. Seriously. People fall down, things jump out at you, your friends may run over you, and yes - we do use strobe lights. You will have to navigate around, through and under some scenes.
Is the attraction open if it rains?
Yes, even though we are are outdoor attractions, we provide cover throughout the haunt. If we must close due to bad weather, we will post it on the Home Page of this website immediately. But some of the best times to go to a haunted house are during a thunder storm.
What if I get too scared to finish going through?
Chicken runs are available if you get too scared to continue. We also sell new and slightly used underwear in the ticket booth... just in case.
Do I get a refund if I am too scared to finish the haunted house?
No. You paid us to scare you, and that's what we did. In fact, we may have some of the ghouls drag you back inside just for asking. In fact, we don't give refunds at all. We don't care what your stupid story is, NO REFUNDS!
Do you sell T-Shirts and Sweat Shirts?
Of course! We change the design every year and we are super excited about the 2011 design.

Is there security at Dead Man's Farm?
Yes, Dead Man's Farm uses Loudon County Police Officers for our security team.
What happens if I hit or grab an actor, take a prop, damage a scene, bring a weapon in, or come through the attraction drunk or stoned?
You WILL be escorted off the property by police and/or arrested. No, you will NOT get your money back.
We do not allow foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, alcohol, etc. We have a list of rules just like anyone else that must be adhered to for everyone's fun and safety.
Do you serve alcoholic beverages?
NO! Alcohol is not allowed on the property, so please do not bring any.
Is smoking allowed?
NO! Don't be stupid, we are a farm with barns and out buildings. Burn your own stuff down, not ours. Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on the grounds.
Can we take photos or videos?
The actors outside will pose for pictures when approached. No photography or video of any sort is permitted inside. The monsters inside don't like bright lights and we are tired of cleaning up the blood.
What can't we bring with us to Dead Man's Farm?
No pets! No weapons! No alcoholic beverages! No masks! No smoking! No laser pointers or flashlights! No Bad Attitudes!
